Descriptions
The Highland Council wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers, to provide Ad Hoc Vehicle Servicing and Repair, Welding, Sub-Contracting Works and Recovery within the Highlands and Islands Area.The Framework Agreement shall be divided into 5 lots:Lot 1 – Vehicle Servicing and Repair.Lot 2 – Vehicle Welding and Fabrication.Lot 3 – Vehicle MOT's.Lot 4 – Breakdown and Recovery of Vehicles.Lot 5 – Windscreen/Glass repair or replacement.Service Providers may submit prices for one or more lots, and can indicate which geographic areas they are prepared to cover.The Framework will be for a 3 year period with the option for the Authority to extend by 1 additional year. In addition, the Framework will be operational in annual tranches – this means that it shall be re-advertised annually to allow new entrants to join the Framework. Operators already on the Framework need not reapply unless their information has changed, or they wish to update their pricing.
