CCG are looking for expressions of interest from people who have an understanding of and are empathetic to the Social Housing / Health / Social Services / Wellbeing agenda in Gwynedd and north Wales to conduct a strategic options review of CCG’s Sheltered Warden, Call Bell, and Floating Support services.The strategic review should consider the following:a)The value to tenants of the current service providedb)The ‘fitness of purpose’ of the current servicesc)The current costs of providing these servicesd)Best practice in the housing sector provision of these types of servicese)Opportunities for new service offerings which also contribute to our Community Strategy and Development Strategyf)What funding streams could be available to fund these types of servicesThe outcome will be a comprehensive options appraisal report with clear and unambiguous recommendations for each service.
