Review of the Private Rented Sector in North West Wales

Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd are seeking to commission a review of the private rented sector in North West Wales (Gwynedd, Conwy and Anglesey), with a view to understanding the possible capacity, impact and role the sector will play in addressing the additional capacity required as a result of future economic developments in the area (such as Wylfa Newydd).Current estimates are that a large number of people will be employed at the Wylfa Newydd site over a period of a decade, with over 10,000 workers employed on the site at its peak.
