The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority (BBNPA) carried out a desktop review of its TPO files at the end of 2013 (phase 1), from which 37 TPO’s were identified as requiring a follow up site visit (phase 2).Phase 2 was successfully undertaken and completed in late 2014 / early 2015, and identified that the majority of the 37 TPO’s from phase 1 should be re-made as new, smaller TPO’s and the old files revoked.
