Phase one (a shorter piece of work estimated at £5k and required by early January 2025 - analysis making the positive case for the functional economic geography of Bedford, Central Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes (BLMK). To include a range of data including: employment by sector, GVA and GVA by sector, commuting data, labour market data etc. to demonstrate the scale and interconnectedness of the BLMK area.
