The CCGs are considering commissioning additional capacity for the following diagnostic modalities: X-ray, Non-obstetric ultrasound, echocardiogram, MRI, CT and endoscopy. To include direct access diagnostics for GP referrals where appropriate, the CCGs are considering commissioning additional capacity for the following specialities: Digestive Diseases, ENT, Gynaecology, Neurology, Ophthalmology and Urology.Please note that this is for capacity over and above that already provided.
