We are keen to hear from potential bidders about their capability to provide a range of ‘paid-for' Premium services including Meet and Assist, Bag Porter and Airside Buggy Transfer to Heathrow's passengers. We'd like to understand the capacity present in the market place to meet this potential requirement.Potential bidders are invited to review our current proposition and aspiration and suggest effective ways of delivering a coordinated and flexible approach to customer service.At this stage, we are open to solutions that reflect the diverse and changing needs of our terminal operations, that meet our passenger requirements, that optimise technology and the way people use it, that consider how to meet and manage the demands of an environment that is fluid, dynamic and not always predictable. Solutions should drive the provision of the services, improved passenger experience and new revenue streams.The responses may inform the proposed formal selection process, subject to an individual contract notice.
