Descriptions
The Provider shall provide the "Company" (Heathrow Airport Limited) with a consistent, high-quality 24/7-365day world-wide corporate travel services; that provides all company employees with flexible travel booking services. The service should be capable of facilitating both single point-to-point journeys and complex itineraries with multiple connections. The service shall support the Company's corporate travel arrangements and shall include, but not be limited to the following:Air, Rail & Sea Travel;Short-term Car Hire;Taxis;Accomodation (Bedrooms & Meeting Rooms);Traveller Tracking.Suppliers will be required to;Manage bookings, ticket issue, payments and changes;Negotiate hotel rates on behalf of the Company;Manage the application of rates for Heathrow direct agreements such as BA and Arora Hotel;Provide an online booking tool service;Provide 24/7 Call Centre Option.
