A supplier is required to design, manufacture and install signage at the Wales Co-operative Centre's new office in order to welcome, inform and direct visitors. The Centre is a tenant in a shared building, managed by landlord United Welsh.The Centre requires external signage on site, as well as internal signage within the building itself. As well as helping direct visitors, the signage should also provide a positive first impression about what the Centre stands for and what it represents.All products must be of the very highest quality, robust and fit for purpose for a site that is open to the public. Life expectancy is a minimum of 10 years. Compliance with health and safety requirements and accessibility and DDA directives are essential.Wherever possible, products which are environmentally-friendly and originate from recycled or sustainable sources should be used. However, it is important that the new signage should complement existing fittings on site to provide a holistic and harmonised approach with other building tenants.
