Swansea University are looking to procure an acoustic Doppler velocimeter for taking field measurements as part of a tidal energy project.The key features we’re looking for are:- The instrument must be capable of measuring 3 components of velocity in a sampling volume of the order of 1-2 cm diameter- The instrument must be able to sample at a rate of up to 64 Hz, and measure velocities of up to 8 ms-1.- The instrument should have, or be able to be supplemented with, enough battery and memory to operate for up to a month.- The quote should include delivery
