Descriptions
Energy efficiency retrofit works and refurbishment works. The Energy project measures include new windows, doors and rooflights, roof insulation and roof finishes, pumped bonded bead insulation to cavity walls, external wall insulation systems, external rendering, air tightness measures, heat pumps, LPG tank and boiler, mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, and upgrade to LED lights throughout. The Refurbishment project measures include a new universal WC, fireproofing works, new ceilings, new internal doors, new floor coverings, painting and decorating, new fitted furniture, new water services, a new fire alarm, and new power and data cabling.
