Veterinary Specific Business Benchmarking Programme This RFT is for the development and delivery of a Veterinary Specific BusinessBenchmarking Programme for our veterinary practice owner members. The programme will commence in October 2021 and will be delivered to a minimum of 15 individual practice owners over a minimum 6 month period and subject to the availability of funding at the time of request. The programme provider should, at least, include the following elements;•Develop the methodology for the collection of data to ensure this is as consistent as possible, comparing like-with-like throughout•Undertake the collection of data and advise of the best source of this data•Analysis of the data collected and from this, the development of metrics for benchmarking•Facilitate a focus group to agree the financial metrics to be benchmarked•Provide each participating practice with a personalised report showing each agreed metric with a comparative insight against other programme participants •Provide training to participating practices on how to best extract the data required•Provide a platform for members to access to input data, which should be anonymised•Provide the parameters for and manage the controls, governance and non-disclosure agreements between trainer and trainee, in conjunction with XLVets Skillnet.
