The Department of Finance. DoF. wishes to establish an Advertising Framework to deliver campaign advertising requirements for all bodies covered by NI Public Procurement Policy. https://www.finance-ni.gov.uk/articles/list-public-bodies-which-ni-public-procurement-policy-applies Candidates should however be aware that, as a Framework Agreement. as defined under regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. as amended. . , the participating bodies to this Framework are not obliged to procure advertising campaign services exclusively from this framework agreement.
