Descriptions
Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor for the supply and delivery of its offline media placement, monitoring and evaluation services. The appointed Contractor will be expected to work with Invest NI's Communications Group to: (a) develop integrated media strategies and supporting media plans for offline campaigns, (b) identify, negotiate and secure offline media opportunities in local and international markets, as well as provide comprehensive media planning, buying and placement services, and media monitoring and evaluation services, and (c) provide campaign-related reporting and monitor, record, evaluate and optimise channel and campaign performance. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of two years with the option to extend for three further periods of one year each.
