Descriptions

Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor for the supply and delivery of its online media placement, monitoring and evaluation services. The appointed Contractor will be expected to work with Invest NI's Communications Group to: (a) develop integrated media strategies and supporting media plans for online campaigns, (b) identify, negotiate and secure online media opportunities in local and international markets, as well as provide comprehensive media planning, buying and placement services, and media monitoring and evaluation services, (c) provide campaign-related reporting and monitor, record, evaluate and optimise channel and campaign performance, and (d) design, deliver and manage a series of audits for Invest NI's digital communications and all major social media networks, with a view to establishing baselines and recommendations for continuous improvement. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for 3 further periods of 1 year each.
