Invest NI wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor for the supply and delivery of its online media placement, monitoring and evaluation services. The appointed Contractor will be expected to work with Invest NI’s Communications Group to:(a) develop integrated media strategies and supporting media plans for online campaigns;(b) identify, negotiate and secure online media opportunities in local and international markets, as well as provide comprehensive media planning, buying and placement services, and media monitoring and evaluation services;(c) provide campaign-related reporting and monitor, record, evaluate and optimise channel and campaign performance; and(d) design, deliver and manage a series of audits for Invest NI’s digital communications and all major social media networks, with a view to establishing baselines and recommendations for continuous improvement. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for 3 further periods of 1 year each.
