To provide direct and bespoke support to the Potential PSM, North of England Commissioning Support Unit, that is interested in exploring the staff mutual option to facilitate its autonomy by 2016. This will include the following objectives: Exploring and fully appraising the feasibility and potential benefits of a mutual model against other recommended models; Designing a 2- 3 year business plan in the context of a 5-year business strategy with emphasis on commercialising products, maximising their value, and the correct pricing of service lines; Enabling the Potential PSM to identify gaps in capability in order to meet the March 2016 target of becoming an autonomous entity. Support and inform potential future policy around the mutual model in the CSU area, enabling government to build an understanding of the practical, regulatory and legislative steps it may need to consider to facilitate other CSUs reaching autonomy by 2016. To participate in any possible future procurement which results from this RFP, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for CCS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage. Once you have registered on the e-Sourcing Suite, you will need to express and interest in this procurement. This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@crowncommercial.gov.uk. Your email must clearly state: •the name of this procurement is North of England Commissioning Support Unit - and the reference is RM4653 L0850 •the name of the registered supplier; and •the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. Crown Commercial Service will then process this email and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done. The deadline for the receipt of proposals is 11.00hrs on Thursday 11 June 2015 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date.
