The right to manage, promote and exploit the sale of Roadside Advertising Space at c 2 500 locations throughout the country, plus c 6 additional backlit bridge locations in Central London. Maintenance, Repair and Renewal obligations for each of the sites using a safety cased sub-contractor.The agreement supports generation of income for the Property Retail team as part of their Retail Property Strategy.A concession contract to achieve:— the maximum possible revenue,— raise the quality of outdoor advertising,— drive longer term revenue increases across the term of the agreement.
