This project concerns refurbishment of rainwater goods and roof and elevation cladding across this large Industrial Unit. Works include re-coating cladding, replacing and refurbishing roof lights, lining gutters, replacing smoke vents, removing redundant service penetrations, provision of additional smoke vents and works to Mansafe system etc. This opportunity is reserved to suppliers who are based or established in / or have substantive business operations in the County of Lancashire.
