MHA Limited, through a competitive tender wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified contractor to carry out the following works to MHA properties within St Davids Road, Abergavenny.Works to include: Scaffolding, Re-locate & re-instate satellite dish / aerials, Shut down boilers during works, Removal of asbestos, Renewal of Roof coverings including tiles, felt and batten, Renewal of rainwater goods, Renewal of soffits, fascia’s and barge boards, Renewal of leadwork detail to high level verge, Leadwork to valleys, Insulation top up to eaves/cavity, resident liaison and associated enabling and re-instatement works.
