South Wales Police requires a professional & competent contractor to undertake roofing works to an existing structure. The existing structure is of some age and has various signs of disrepair, but the structural slab of the roof appears to be in a sound condition. The roof is currently waterproofed using 3 layers of mineral felt with a solar reflective coating. A site survey can be arranged between 12th & 16th August 2013 in order to adequately assess & scope the works associated with this particular project.
