Caerphilly County Borough Council are seeking tender bids from roofing specialists to undertake roofing works in sheltered housing complexes in Caerphilly and Ystrad Mynach.The contract is split into two separate lots as follows:Lot 1 - Glyn Derw Sheltered Housing ComplexLot 2 - Y Glyn Sheltered Housing ComplexTenderers are able to bid for one or both of the above lots; however one contractor can only be successful on one Lot. Lot 1 will be evaluated first; if you are the successful bidder your submission for Lot 2 will not be considered.
