Caerphilly County Borough Council are seeking tender bids from roofing specialists to undertake roofing works in sheltered housing complexes in Caerphilly and Ystrad Mynach.The contract is split into two separate lots as follows:Lot 1 - Glyn Derw Sheltered Housing ComplexLot 2 - Y Glyn Sheltered Housing ComplexTenderers are able to bid for one or both of the above lots; however one contractor can only be successful on one Lot. Lot 1 will be evaluated first; if you are the successful bidder your submission for Lot 2 will not be considered. Further information regarding this tender opportunity can be found in the invitation to tender documents and associated appendices in the Proactis Portal e-tendering system.Tenderers are required to be SSIP and Constructionline accredited, proof of the accreditations are required to be provided in the 'Questions' tab of the Proactis Portal e-tendering system.For the avoidance of doubt tenderers must purchase all Key Components from the Council’s nominated Supply Partner (Robert Price), a list of Key Components can be found in the 'Request Documents' in the e-tendering systems.All clarifications related to this project are required to be submitted via the Proactis Portal e-tendering system, the deadline for clarifications is Wednesday 12 July 2017 at 12:00noon.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=68592.
