Roofs - Eco (Green & Brown) Repairs & Maintenance

L & Q are looking for a 4 x stage procurement to cover repair and maintenance of their Eco Roofs (predominantly Green & Brown) . L & Q currently have approx 150 x Eco Roofs spread across their estates. Procurement 1 - Ecological Roofing Consultant Commencing this project in July/August '25 This would be a one-off requirement to collate data on the location and condition of this type of roofing across our estate. Procurement 2 - Bi-Annual Ecological Roofing Inspector Once the Procurement 1 has been completed and the locations of all roofing located, mapped and conditions confirmed, we can then tender for the bi-annual inspections that should be undertaken on roofs like these. This will take approx. 2 months to complete. Procurement 3 - Reactive Repairs of Ecological Roofing There are 2 stages in which we are going to source reactive repairs contractors. This will take approximately 9-12 months to complete once scope is refined. a) Ecological Roofing Contractors that meet our strict H&S requirements will be asked to bid/quote for the works b) A full Roofing and Scaffolding tender is to be scoped and spec'd and we will look to include Ecological Roofing as a separate specialist Lot - Procurement 4 - Planned Maintenance and repairs of Ecological Roofing A separate tender to be undertaken for this works taking approximately 9-12 months to complete once scope is refined.
