Rotary tub filling and sealing machine
Descriptions
To supply and install rotary filling and sealing machine capable of filling a Butter product into tubs. The size of the tubs should suit 250g and 500g. The machine shall be supplies with change parts to suit both sizes.The machine should carry the following options:container dispenser-gripper fitted with vacuum assist and interchangeable magazine to suit different diameter of tubs. The magazine will be fitted with a low level detector to alert operators of low Tub levels.Tub detection-no tub in place no fill operation.Filling station-should be suitable to fill butter products and also butter mix products. The butter viscosity may differ between the two products so different filling heads may need to be supplied. The product is to be fed into the machine directly from the process line and a compensating piston used to ensure constant pressure to the filler. The compensator and filler are to be CIP cleanable.Paper leaf placement- The machine is to incorporate an automatic pick and place paper leaf dispenser.Clip on lid- automatic pick and place mechanism with lid consolidator to ensure lid is secured to tub.Eject- product is to be ejected in the correct orientation to suit the packaging line.The machine should be supplied with a centralised lubrication system and where possible should be CIP friendly.The machine is to comply with all current health and safety legislation and should be provided with sufficient guards and covers in order to keep operators safe.
