Argyll and Bute Council wish to appoint a Design Team (excluding QS), led by a Conservation Accredited Architect with expertise in the repair of listed modernist concrete structures, for the Delivery Stage of the Rothesay Pavilion Project.The Design Team will be required to adopt the existing design (which has been developed to RIBA Stage D/3), to specify and implement a phase of urgent works to tackle severe areas of cast stone deterioration, to undertake a value engineering exercise on the Stage D design, and then on approval to develop the project through RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design, Stage 5 Construction, and Stage 6, Handover & Close Out.Note: The buyer is using PCS-Tender to carry out this procurement process.
