This notice is to gather market information regarding delivery of outreach services for people sleeping rough in Southwark. Southwark Council is undertaking this preliminary market consultation to determine whether there is a general market interest and/or an alternative delivery model that could be considered to deliver the council's requirements. This is not a call for competition. Providers should note that their decision on whether or not to participate in this preliminary market consultation will not have any bearing on their participation in any future procurement process.
