Descriptions
Provision of NHS general dental services in the London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Newham. NHS England invites tenders from all suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide mandatory general dental services, under the Personal Dental Services (PDS) Plus Agreement in the London boroughs of Hillingdon and Newham. The procurement is split into 2 Lots. The Successful Provider/s will be required to deliver the services from a practice located within: Lot 1 - Yiewsley in the London Borough of Hillingdon; and/or Lot 2 - Canning Town / Custom House in the London Borough of Newham.The Agreement will be for an initial term of 5 years followed by an optional extension of 5 years. Therefore the contract will have a maximum (extended) term of 10 years (120 months).
