Severn Wye would like to invite tenders from suitable contractors or consortia to support the monitoring and evaluation of the Big Lottery Funded, Rural Futures Project over the course of its seven year period. This includes:1. Developing an overall monitoring evaluation and learning framework2. Collecting and amalgamating baseline data3. Annual Reports4. Interim Workshops5. Final project conference and reportWe would like to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to the support the project evidence its impact and the benefits for 20-30 rural communities supported by the project through:1.The iterative learning of the Rural Futures team itself, supported by the appointed monitoring, evaluation and learning contractor.
