Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust is a large specialist provider of Mental Health and Social Care services in the Northwest of England. Following the “Transforming Community Services” agenda, LCFThas also merged with 3 PCT provider arms and as a result is now also a diverse provider of Community services throughout Lancashire.
