The principle requirement of this framework is to provide customers with access to a range of suitably qualified and experienced service providers who are able to offer a range of advice, support and a variety of human resources and personnel services, both strategic and transactional.These services will include; permanent and Interim ad-hoc recruitment at all levels from executive to entry level staff, candidate assessment and testing services, outplacement and career transition services and a suite of HR services which will provide customers of all levels with flexible access to a variety of HR business process outsourcing tools. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the framework agreement.
