To support the ongoing development and design of a patient portal system that currently ingests, stores patient Medical Health Information (MHI) user profiles. The patient portal will contain a dashboard where users can view and edit their information as required. This system will integrate and connect to other medical data sources securely in order to build a profile which will in turn allow for more precision clinical trail matching. This system will also include a module which will interrogate the patient for MHI, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This system will contain an alert module which will require the user to enter data periodically to ensure that the user data is current and up to date. The application will have the ability to invite users to the platform from medical institutions, Doctors and medical consultants which will act as a referral module. This system will allow users to invoke or rework consent to clinical trail matching. This system will be available as a web application and mobile app application, distributed through a mobile app store.
