Descriptions
The Main Contractor will set up a Supply Chain Portal for all potential sub-contractors to join, and will be required to undertake all activities within our MSi system via our online Supply Chain Portal. The Portal will allow members of the St Albans Supply Chain Club to view, receive and update data, log jobs, file completion notices, attach certification, and process payments. We review each organisation for experience of similar works, competence and suitability with regards to health and safety, environmental management, quality assurance, qualifications and training of employees, financial standing, and commitment to transparency. All potential sub-contractors will be proposed to SADC for agreement prior to commencing works. The Main contractor and the Client will offer opportunities to sub contractors for all types of works were knowledge and experience internally are limited or to help foster a engaging and active local market.
