Safeguarding Policies and Procedures at the Wales Millennium Centre Tender OpportunityThe Wales Millennium Centre, which is the nation’s home for performance arts and one of the UK’s top cultural attractions has a uniquely exciting opportunity for an industry professional who specialises in the development of safeguarding frameworks. Offering assurance and protection to young people and vulnerable adults whilst also offering the same level of fortification to the organisation and its residents, through up-to-date and leading standards and practices.The Centre is currently looking to develop a comprehensive framework which encompasses the review and revision of current policies and procedures that enable the identification of recommendations for improvement and the development of an on-going review process. This will ensure the Centre is able to fulfil its aims of raising the aspirations of every young person in Wales and to be accessible to everyone in Wales.
