Salary Sacrifice - Car Scheme

Cornwall Council is preparing to re-procure its car salary sacrifice scheme, which is currently offered to Council employees and those working within Council-owned or partner organisations. The new contract is expected to commence in Spring 2026.
As part of its early market engagement, Cornwall Council is undertaking a soft market test via CCS framework RM6268 Lot 4: Salary sacrifice car schemes, to assess the level of interest from potential providers, gain insight into the current range of services available in the market, and identify any innovations or enhancements that have emerged since the previous contract was awarded in 2022.
