The primary objective is to offer employees a flexible vehicle leasing solution, where they can choose a Salary Sacrifice arrangement (where the cost of the lease is deducted from pre-tax salary). This contract would require the vendor to undertake all associated works to provide NWL colleagues with accessible, affordable and safe vehicles with a Co2 limit of 110mg/km.
Customer service should be a key priority when providing the benefit to colleagues and where possible NWL should be protected from financial liability and associated costs that colleagues may incurred
