HETA ASSET RESOLUTION AG (the ‘Vendor’) intends to sell, assign or transfer 100 % of non-performing loans related to the financing and operation of a coastal hotel and apartment complex which comprises of a 250 room 4-star family hotel, a 5-star hotel and spa complex and an apartment complex consisting of 187 luxury apartments located in Croatia. The Vendor also has a right to sell the asset or the shares in the borrower.
