From September 2014 the Academy will be providing education for some 1 450 students in the 11 to 19 age group, 240 of whom are in the 6th Form.However, the Academy does have a falling roll.The academic day commences at 08:30 and finishes at 15:00 and there are three opportunities for the catering staff to serve food namely:08:00 to 8:30 Breakfast Club (free breakfast for circa 15 students)10:40 to 11:00 Morning Break12:30 to 13:30 Lunch for all students and staff10:40 to 11:00 Manned filter coffee and tea service in Staff RoomThe Academy currently has an entitlement of 217 free school meal students.
