Sandwell Public Health team is seeking to commission an organisation to develop an intervention aimed at reducing smoking prevalence within Eastern European communities in Sandwell. As little is currently known about this cohort, we would like the organisation to first complete some insight work. We currently believe that, as alcohol and smoking behaviours may be strongly linked, we may need to develop an intervention that addresses both areas. We will make this decision based on the recommendations from this insight work.
