Sandwell Travel Assistance Flexible Purchasing System (b) - THIRD INTAKE Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ('Council') has established a flexible purchasing system comprising a number of Lots relating to travel assistance for children and adults ('Flexible Purchasing System').
