Schedule of Services • Acting as an intelligent client for the market demand element of the spatial framework evidence base: • Challenging and evaluating assumptions • Questioning methodology • Reviewing evidence base and testing against local plan evidence • To not replicate the ITT work • Ensuring data is digital and accessible for use across the full CDG workstreams • Validating and giving comfort to stakeholders that work is on the horizon and providing updates to stakeholders • Identification of policies to accelerate growth, e.g. housing tenure diversification and testing commercial assumptions used in the financial model for a variety of tenure options. • Provision of market intelligence to support the SR bid and future business case work. • Recruiting a market research team and transferring skills to ensure clear exit strategy
