Highgate Wood School is a large Secondary maintained school with 1 450 students attending and 167 staff (teaching and non-teaching). Over the last 4 years the school has had a managed service contract supplied by RM Education. The school is currently working within a 1 year extension of the original contract. With the existing managed service contract extension expiring at the end of August 2014.The School wish to tender for the provision of an outsourced ICT Management Service that will continue to support the school's current day to day ICT support requirements and infrastructure as well as provide expert advice and facilitation supporting the school's desire to enhance the service offering of the ICT function to students, teaching and support staff as well as supporting the changing demands of schooling and public education provision.
