Enterprise Business Capabilities (EBC) are a whole organisation view of what KCC does, and can do, to perform its core functions. It describes the essential capabilities KCC needs to operate our day-to-day business, which underpin the daily work and user-experience of all KCC staff and our trading companies, as we undertake core business tasks on behalf of our service users, customers and residents. The purpose of KCC's EBC programme is to modernise and transform the way the core capabilities work and perform across finance, people and communications, and commissioning functions, regardless of where they are in the organisation. These capabilities have been selected as they are critical to the effective management of our day-to-day business and effective use of data. This Contract includes the software subscription element required to deliver the Council's Back Office Software System. This contract was awarded following a further competition process from the Crown Commercial Services Back Office Software Framework (RM6194).
