The Kent County Council (KCC) are seeking to engage with potential suppliers to gather information and feedback on our proposed model for security services. These services include:

•Manned Guarding

•Patrols

•Key Holding

•Lock/Unlock

 

This requirement will be across the KCC corporate landlord estate. A service matrix will be supplied that identifies each service requirement at each site. The current size of the estate is between 350/400 operational sites. The property types include a variety of service i.e. Libraries, children centres and offices, all of which fall within the scope of the requirement.
