Erection of designed cover scaffolding over Gallery roof within monument.Contractors wishing to be included on the tender list for this contract will be required to submit evidence of two previous scaffolding projects that took place on a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Contractors failing to submit this evidence will not be included on the final tender list. Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PPQ) must be completed thoroughly.Any other additional supporting information must be a maximum of 4 sides of A4.The awarding Authority reserves the right to request parent company and/or other guarantees of performance and financial liabilityPayment terms will be indicated in the contract documents. Tenders to be priced in Sterling. Payment made in Sterling only.No special legal form required but joint and several liability assumed by all group bidders before acceptance.
