Halton Housing Trust (HHT) sought bids from scaffolding contractors to participate in a framework to provide The Trust with scaffolding works. The framework consists of 4 scaffolding contractors. All 4 scaffolding contractors are classified as SMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) (as defined by the European Commission). The framework consists of a single lot and will last for a maximum of 4 years. The contract value is the estimated value of work over the framework period. The ITT issued by HHT detailed the information which was required by HHT in order to assess the suitability of contractors and their ability to deliver the requirements of the framework and the associated call-off contracts to be awarded during the 4 years of the framework.
