SCC AC Provision of Building Energy Certification (DECs, EPCs and Air Conditioning Inspections).

Descriptions

The purpose of this Contract is to make provision for those building certificates required under the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations and any amendments to it, namely:Display Energy Certificates at the Employer"s premises and those schools which make use of the Building Maintenance Buyback Scheme for provision of DECs. Energy Performance Certificates for premises being sold, leased or rented. Please note there are few of these every year and SCC has its own internal assessor although sometimes the support of an external body is required. Air conditioning Inspections. These exist for the Employer"s corporate portfolio. These will need updating during the term of this contract. Also it is believed some schools may require a certificate although this needs confirmation.
