The aim of the service is to provide home to school transport assistance to Surrey school children who are eligible in accordance with SCC policy whilst delivering quality and value for money. In this tender process the Transport Co-ordination Centre (TCC) will procure transport for five schools where all the home to school transport will be provided by one supplier (the Sole Provider). These schools provide education for pupils with a wide range of special educational needs from physical disability, challenging behaviour, autism through to hearing and language impairment.
