Surrey County Council is seeking a high-quality, evidence based Stop Smoking Service that will reduce the prevalence of smoking especially among key priority groups that are particularly at risk of smoking related morbidity and mortality.The service provider will be required to provide a range of support options, work with other organisations to promote the service and provide service users with appropriate smoking pharmacotherapy.Contract Length: 36 Months with 2 12-month extension periods.Estimated Contract Value: 950 000 GBP per annum.
