Descriptions
Southend on Sea City Council are seeking a suitably experienced main contractor to carry out the construction of a new inclusive playground at Shoeburyness East Beach and the works will include provision and installation of play equipment, pathways, ground finishes, fences and planting. This work will be undertaken in conjunction with the JCT Minor Works Contract with Design. The requirements of the preparation of the site and the construction of the new inclusive playground are described within the Tender Documents.
