The operation of a green waste composting facility. This consists of the Collection and Processing of Green Waste from Domestic/Commercial customers. The facility shall receive green waste from domestic & commercial sources, and will accept, assess & process the green waste, using an open windrow composting process, in order to produce compost for domestic & commercial applications. The compost product shall be stored appropriately, and made ready for onwards distribution.
